How We Do It?
- First, you have to choose from a variety of products, packages and add-ons available. If you do not find a package supplying to your needs you can make your own one by adding the individual items in your shopping cart.
- Second, you make the advance payment for 1 Month and provide us with some documents required for the KYC process. Then, you just have to wait for the delivery of the products. The maximum time of delivery is 72 Hours.

Payment Methods & Terms
- You have to pay the Monthly rent within 5 days after receiving the invoice. Late charges will be payable after a period of 5 days at the rate of 10% of the amount due per month (and a minimum of Rs 300). CityFurnish reserve the right to cancel the subscription and pickup of products if the amount due is not paid within 2 weeks of the due date.
- At the time of placement of an order, you can pay first-month rental and security deposit by Debit, Credit, Net Banking or Citrus Wallet. For the remaining period, our team will collect post-dated cheques from you. You can also use the NACH facility.
Returns & Cancellations
- If the product is found damaged/wrongly delivered at the time of delivery and setup, we will arrange the replacement.
- CutyFurnish’s team will call you 1 week before the expiry of the contract. Your refund amount will be managed within 7 days of pick up.
- The products undergo a quality check once they are picked up from your place. If found damaged, then repair charges will be deducted from your refundable amount. If there is any amount due towards termination charges or rental, the same amount will be adjusted from your deposit, balance if any you will have to pay for the same. The refund will be processed within 7 working days after pickup and it will take 7-10 more days to get displayed in your account.
