- Custom made items such as wigs, wedding, special occasion dresses, processing time is long than other products.
- Different countries and different weight segments have different logistics fees and delivery time
- In certain conditions, you should pay for the extra shipping fees. The costs may differ according to weight and dimensions of package, the location the package is shipped to.
Return & Exchange
- If you are not fully satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- In cases of wedding dresses and special occasion dresses within 7calendar days.
- Please keep the item(s) you want to return/exchange in its original condition.
- In case of return for more than 2 pcs of same item or style with multiple sizes/colors in one order is subject to 50% restocking fee.
- Returns are processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.
Cancellation Of Orders
- In case payment of an order has not been made, you can cancel it.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours will get full refund.
